Privacy policy
How Roble Media Lab handles information shared through this website.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Information we receive
We may receive information you submit through our enquiry form, email, or booking service, including your name, contact details, business information, and message.
When you send an enquiry, the form also records technical details alongside it: your IP address, your browser’s user agent string, the page or site you arrived from, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed. We keep these to check that enquiries are genuine, to understand which pages and channels bring real enquiries, and to investigate abuse of the form.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange conversations, provide requested services, maintain business records, and protect our website.
Service providers
Enquiry form submissions are stored securely so we can respond, and are delivered to us by email through Resend, which processes the contents of your enquiry in order to send that email and the confirmation you receive. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. Bookings are handled through Zoho Bookings, which processes information under its own privacy terms. Hosting, analytics, and security providers, including Cloudflare and Google Analytics, may process limited technical data needed to deliver, measure, and protect the website.
Cookies
Google Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and the analytics script is not loaded at all until you do. Our cookie policy lists every cookie the site can set and lets you change your choice at any time.
Retention and rights
We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected and applicable obligations. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, which gives you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these, email hello@roblemedialab.co.ke.
Changes
We may update this notice when our practices or services change. The date above identifies the current version.
